Yes, Huaming Textile supports custom manufacturing (OEM/ODM). Simply provide a fabric sample, and our technical team will analyze composition, measure specifications, and replicate the pattern. Sample completion takes 3-5 days, with bulk production delivered in 15-30 days. Minimum order quantity is typically 500 meters.

Our curtain fabrics cover two lines: (1) HG10651/HG10652 cotton cut-flower jacquard drapery, 290CM wide, approx. 280GSM; (2) HG11066-HG11078 clipped jacquard sheer series — 12 patterns, extra-wide 300CM, 150-180GSM, 8% linen + 92% polyester. Suitable for home curtains, sheers and hotel contract drapery.

Our sofa fabrics cover four lines: HG10090 dyed jacquard chenille yarn (in stock, from 100m), HG10368 chenille jacquard (142CM, Middle East style), HG10602 metallic gold jacquard (premium furniture), and HG11123-HG11133 spray dyed chenille jacquard series (10 patterns, 145CM, heavy-duty 570GSM, 10% cotton + 90% polyester). All support OEM/ODM custom orders.

Jacquard fabric is created by controlling warp and weft thread interlacing patterns during weaving to produce raised designs. Huaming Textile uses 92 advanced electronic jacquard looms capable of producing complex 3D patterns including chenille jacquard, cotton cut-jacquard, and gold-thread jacquard.

The customization process has 6 steps: (1) Submit requirements with sample or design; (2) Technical evaluation and quotation; (3) Sample production in 3-5 days; (4) Contract signing with deposit; (5) Bulk production in 15-30 days with QC; (6) Packaging and delivery with inspection reports.

In-stock items ship within 3-5 days; sample production takes 3-5 days; standard bulk production requires 15-30 days; complex custom patterns may need 30-45 days.

Our chenille fabrics feature: (1) Soft, plush handfeel; (2) Strong dimensional patterns; (3) Excellent color fastness; (4) High abrasion resistance; (5) Width 142-145cm, weight 360-500GSM. Used for sofa covers, cushions, pillows.

Using a dual process: first weaving a patterned base fabric on electronic jacquard looms, then cutting certain floating threads with specialized equipment to create dimensional cut-pile effect. HG10651 and HG10652 series feature 290cm width and approx. 280GSM weight.

We accept T/T (typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C (for large orders), and Western Union (for small sample fees). First-time customers generally require advance payment.

Huaming Textile is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified — Certificate SH015 264621, issued by TESTEX AG (Swiss Textile Testing Institute) on 2026-04-24, valid until 30.06.2027. Product Class I (baby articles, the highest safety level), covering woven fabrics made of 100% polyester (bleached, dope-dyed, piece-dyed and finished). Verify online at oeko-tex.com/en/label-check with the certificate number. The mill also passed SGS pilling tests (ASTM D3512, Rating 4.0).
